Position Overview:
Your primary responsibility supports the sales team with the marketing strategy, generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and promote company listing properties, brand and services.
You will be part of a dynamic sales team and play a vital role in expanding the company's client base. Your objective is to engage prospects, qualify leads, and generate listing for real estate agents and company social media portfolio.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, email marketing, social media campaigns, and online advertising. Optimize online presence to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and property owners to generate leads for real estate services, such as property sales, rentals, or property management.
Database Management: Accurately record lead information, interactions, and outcomes in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Keep the database updated and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on all tasks and activities, including call volume, leads generated, appointments set, and conversion rates. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving lead generation and conversion strategies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in data entry.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of real estate market trends, property types, and relevant regulations is a plus.
